Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the mcd888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use the mcd888 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mcd888 as the platform operator. This English version is the official version for Malaysian users. Any version in another language is a translation for convenience only.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account at a time. Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email, phone number, IP address or payment details — is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information including:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad)
• Active mobile phone number
• A valid and accessible email address
• Exact date of birth

mcd888 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or bank statement for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The mcd888 platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency transactions, which use the current exchange rate.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM10, regardless of the method used. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM100. All approved withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method chosen and the internal verification process.

mcd888 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges that are beyond mcd888's control.

Deposited funds must be used for gambling and entertainment purposes only within the mcd888 platform. Any attempt to use the platform as a money transfer channel or for purposes that contravene the law is prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions

mcd888 offers various types of bonuses to registered members. The 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000 is the main offer available to new members who qualify. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 and the account balance becomes RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM1,200 (that is RM120 × 10) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value received. This wagering requirement must be met in full before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn from the account.

• Bonuses are only valid for use within the time period set for each promotion.
• Each promotion has its own conditions that should be reviewed before participation.
• mcd888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice.
• Attempts to abuse bonuses or the promotions system will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• mcd888 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from specific accounts at its absolute discretion.

The mcd888 VIP programme consists of five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level offers a different weekly cashback rate, starting from 0.2% for Bronze up to 0.8% for Diamond. Level progression is based on your playing activity and performance over time.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the mcd888 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, horse racing and crash games — have their own rules that must be followed. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

For sports and horse racing bets, mcd888 reserves the right to cancel or correct a bet if a technical error, false information, or circumstances beyond its control such as event cancellation occur. In such situations, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

Winnings arising from software errors, technical disruptions or other unusual circumstances may be deemed invalid. mcd888 reserves the right to investigate and make a final decision in such situations.

Account Restrictions and Suspension

mcd888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account that violates these terms and conditions. This decision may be made without prior notice if there is evidence of:

• Fraud, identity falsification or use of another person's information
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of the promotions system
• Use of automated software, bots or third-party tools to manipulate games
• Users under 21 years of age
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Any violation of applicable local or international laws

If an account is closed for valid reasons, the remaining account balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their original payment method, subject to completion of the identity verification process.

Liability Limit

mcd888 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, user internet connectivity issues, or third-party software errors. The mcd888 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make every effort to ensure continuous service availability, but cannot provide an absolute guarantee.

Gambling involves financial risk. mcd888 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity on this platform. Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
